Mr. Cooc has over ten years of experience practicing law in the areas of civil litigation, business dispute, business and real estate transactions, estate planning and dissolution of marriages. Mr. Cooc has successfully tried many cases, including jury and bench trials to favorable verdicts for his clients. In addition, Mr. Cooc has a significant amount of experience mediating and arbitrating cases, and arguing law and motions to the Court.
Being multilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Mr. Cooc is ambitious to help individuals and businesses to solve their legal problems. Mr. Cooc grew up as an Asian American in the United States and thus understands the culture experience of Asian Americans in the East Bay. He is here to help all individuals and businesses understand their legal situations and effectively resolve their predicaments.
Mr. Cooc graduated from California State University East Bay and obtained his Juris Doctoral from Golden Gate University School of Law.
Prior to starting his own practice in 2008, Mr. Cooc has clerked with several small law firms and interned at the Public Defenders' Office in San Francisco. Further, Mr. Cooc was an associate attorney with a Bay Area law firm and a contract attorney with a large Silicon Valley law firm.

Ms. Parker has been admitted to the California Bar as of December 2019, after passing the July 2019 Bar Examination. As a first generation college graduate and a first generation lawyer, Ms. Parker prides herself on having graduated from law school in the top 20% of her class.
Ms. Parker comes from a family with little means, as her father was--and still is-- a truck driver, while her mother has been a homemaker. Growing up with six siblings, and living in the more impoverished area of an already impoverished city, Ms. Parker understands and appreciates the unique struggles that many families face. As a result of her upbringing, Ms. Parker's passion in law is to help families rebuild their lives, after fractures and breaks in the family structure has done its damage. Ms. Parker, has, and always will, zealously represent her clients to achieve their goals and needs to live a healthier, happier life.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Hoa T. Cooc, Ms. Parker worked with the Legal Aid of Sonoma County and the Family Violence Law Center, in their domestic violence units. As a Certified Law Student at the Family Violence Law Center, Ms. Parker was able to take two cases before the judge, and argued and won permanent restraining orders for each client. Ms. Parker has also worked in other firms, learning the ins and outs of family law.
Ms. Parker graduated with her B.S. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, in 2016; and her Juris Doctoral from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, in May of 2019.
